Frequently asked questions
Everything people usually want to know about tracking, delivery times and how we handle the things that occasionally go wrong.
Tracking
Enter your tracking number — it looks like CRX-847291 — on the tracking page. You will see the current status, the last reported location, the full journey history and the estimated delivery date. No account or password is needed.
It is issued the moment your shipment is booked and is included in your confirmation email. If you booked through a business account, your account manager can also retrieve it for you.
Our operations team updates a shipment at every meaningful checkpoint: pickup, arrival at a sorting centre, departure, out for delivery and delivery. On long inter-city routes you should expect at least one update per day.
Delivery
Same-day delivery completes within the same working day across Greater London. Express is next working day within the UK and one to two days to our main European and long-haul destinations. Standard delivery takes two to four working days depending on the destination.
If nobody is available to receive the package, the courier records a failed attempt and we schedule a second one, usually the next working day. Our support team will contact you to confirm the address or arrange an alternative.
Yes, provided the shipment has not yet gone out for delivery. Contact support with your tracking number as early as possible — a change of destination may affect the delivery estimate and the price.
Security
We cannot carry cash, firearms, explosives, flammable liquids and gases, narcotics, live animals or perishable goods without prior arrangement. If you are unsure about an item, ask us before booking.
Every shipment carries standard liability cover. For high-value consignments you can declare the value at booking and add additional transit insurance, which is shown as a separate line on your invoice.
Pricing & Invoices
Pricing is based on the service level, the route, the weight and the dimensions of the consignment. Bulk and corporate customers are quoted on volume. Contact us with your route and package details for a firm quote.
Yes. We issue a formal invoice for every shipment, which you can request as a PDF for your records. Invoices list the service type, the package details and every charge applied.
Payment is arranged directly with our team — by bank transfer or through the terms set out in your corporate account. We do not take card details or process payments through this website.
Support
Our team is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (London time). Shipment tracking is available on the website at any time, including Sundays and public holidays.
Yes. Business accounts include scheduled collections, negotiated rates, consolidated monthly invoicing and a named account manager. Get in touch through the contact page to set one up.
Ready to move something?
Tell us the route, the size and how quickly it needs to arrive. We will come back with a firm quote and a collection window — usually within the hour during business hours.
